Currently, we have to refuse many people with urgent care requests due to long waiting lists. We therefore ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to give someone else another appointment.
If you do not attend the appointment or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will still be charged for the consultation
